SONORA COMMUNITY ESTATES:

A Seniors Community catering to active Seventh-day Adventists age 55 and over.  Sonora Community Estates, owned and operated by the Central California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, is nestled in the Sierra foothills and sits in the midst of an oak and pine covered campus just steps away from the vibrant Sonora Seventh-day Adventist Church.  Call us at 209-532-6535 to make an appointment to visit and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about Sonora Community Estates.

Conveniently located in the menu bars to the left are commonly used Property Management related forms and resources.  The forms provided are Print-Submit (pdf) forms that are not to be edited.  If editing of forms (ie. lease agreements) is necessary it is recommended that CCC Legal Counsel, Grant Mitchell, be requested to do so. 

FYI - ALL outside produced property documents will be reviewed by CCC Legal Counsel prior to acceptance or acknowledgement by CCC Property Council and/or CCC Property Management Board.
